Refunds can only be processed for billing errors if your charge was less than 2 weeks (14 days) from the date of the refund request.

We do not offer refunds for canceling your subscription but you will continue to utilize the service till the end of the period you cancelled in.  (E.g. if you subscription was from Sept 1 - Sept 30th and you canceled Sept 15th, you would be able to continue using until Sept 30th)

No exceptions.

    Hi, I emailed a couple of times regarding an event date change that I will now be unable to attend. The RAW: Chicago presents REVEAL was originally scheduled for Thursday but got changed to Wednesday and I wasn't aware of the change until last week and am hoping I can just exchange the credit for a new event. Please let me know, thank you!
