Refund Policy

Our standard refund policy is we do not process refunds for charges greater than 14 days. This means if you're charged on 1/1/15 and ask for a refund on 1/15/15 we are unable to process a refund. 


Note that you're able to keep the claim that generated with the payment on your account; however, this means as well that if the claim is used we're unable to process a refund, despite our 14 day policy.
